Okay, hey, I'm Andi. To quote Jeph Jacques, "I'm a mystery wrapped in an enigma wrapped in an awesome rack". Not that, y'know, I'm into the whole pseudo-mysterious vibe a lot of girls out there go for - "OH LOOK AT ME I'M WEARING BLACK I MUST HAVE SOME KIND OF MYSTERIOUS TRAGIC PAST". I say that I'm a bit of an enigma because, well, I'm a little bit of everything and it often takes people a while to get their head 'round me. I sound narcissistic. Whee.

Anyway.

I'm technically American, but I was born in Hong Kong, grew up in Singapore, now live in Vegas, though ethnically I'm half Italian, half Chinese. This situation is a tad sucky, because I haven't really got a proper place to call home, but hey, I live in motherfuckin' Vegas.

I love writing, and I've been published 6 times, not counting local literary journals. It's fun. I'd say I'm pretty good, but hey, I'll leave that up to you to judge.

I'm a rather avid steampunk - yes, dressing-up and persona included (Captain Iphigenia McCannon, in case you're wondering). Though musically I'm much more of a punk (real punk, the Queers and the Ergs and such, not whatever passes for "punk" these days - are people still going on about Good Charloote?!), swing/big band, and ska type person. I used to be a huge indie kid, but then I got bored.

I love love love the comedy troupe Monty Python, I've watched far too much Flying Circus than is healthy.

I'm a geek. A fairly huge one. I play World of Warcraft (human demo lock on Vek'nilash named Tritte, PST =P). My favorite comic's League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (webcomic-wise, I'd have to say either Gunnerkrigg Court or Rob & Elliot).

I'm not quite 100% geek, though, I'd honestly rather be out punching people in a mosh pit than grinding, but truth be told, the music scene in Vegas is atrocious.
